- Breathing exercises such as alternate nose breathing and skull shining breath
- Yoga poses that bring the top of your head down to the floor, such as down dog, headstands, and fish pose
- Crystals such as amethyst, selenite, sugilite, and clear quartz
- Eating violet foods, ginger, and drinking herbal teas
- Repeating affirmations such as, "I honor the divine in me. I am divine. I am light. I am one. I love and accept myself. I am at one with the world around me."
