Who was Dolores Cannon and what is QHHT?

Dolores Cannon was a hypnotherapist, book writer, researcher and teacher filled with so much curiosity. In 1968, she learned that through hypnosis, clients can access their past lives. Gradually and over time, she also discovered that clients can access their Higher Self through hypnosis. Dolores developed and refined her safe, effective, easy and revolutionary hypnosis technique over 45 years and taught to it others before leaving this life.

This hypnosis technique is now known as Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique, or QHHT. It isn’t just a simple past life regression. This technique allows the client to enter into the deepest level of trance also known as the somnambulistic state.  During this deep and relaxed state of hypnosis, the client can to journey and explore their past lives which I prefer to refer to as "other lives". Those lives could include past lives, future lives, lives on different planets and dimensions.

Hypnosis is a very natural state we all experience throughout the day. Meditation, prayer, driving the car, coloring, day dreaming... The somnambulistic state is also very natural state which all people experience twice daily:  just before consciously waking up and just before falling asleep.

During her work, Dolores also discovered that through the hypnosis, clients can access the “highest force”. Some people refer it this force as Universal Consciousness, Higher Self, Oversoul, Christ Consciousness, Oneness with Source or Higher Consciousness. I prefer to refer to it as the Higher Self. You may also hear people refer to it as the SC or Subconscious, however, this isn’t the subconscious mind as referred to in conventional medical and psychological terminology. During a Quantum Hypnosis Healing Session all healing is possible and all questions can be answered as long as the Higher Self deems it as appropriate.
