Spritiual Practitioner Application

We are currently looking to connect with spiritual practitioners including tarot and oracle card readers, psychics, mediums, intuitives, spiritual coaches, Akashic Record Readers, Herbalists, and others etc to add to the team.

If you are a practitioner supporting the spiritual evolvement and healing of humanity and are interested in being added to our online directory or rental space in our shop, please fill out the form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Practitioners with with the exception of Angie are independent from Moon Lotus Rising. Practitioners will remain in charge of their own scheduling. Rental space depending on availability and shop hours. Practitioners local to Corvallis, Albany, Salem, Portland, Eugene and elsewhere in Oregon or the USA are welcome to apply. Sessions may take place in-person, via zoom or phone.
