I hinted in my last blog about using crystals for chakra balancing that there are many ways to use crystals to open and balance the chakras. This blog will explore a few of my favorite methods to do just that. 

Our primary chakras are the seven pinwheel-shaped energy centers that are located along our spines, connected by energy channels called nadis.

We get the concept from Eastern cosmologies—everything from Hinduism to Jainism to Buddhism to Silat has a tradition of the movement of energy throughout the body.
